I have been with this surgery for almost 30 years and in that time i have always received the care and attention from all Doctors and staff. My son has always been registred with the surgery since he was born, he is now 29 years old. My daughter only left this the surgery due to moving house. I would and have also recommended this surgery to friends. Although the DR are very busy i have never felt that my time with them is rushed or any less important to other patients. Recently the Dr who i always went to see retired and i did feel a little apprehensive about seeing a new Dr however i was happy with his manner and understanding off my medical history. Great staff always helpful and pleasant.

I have been with this practice since I was a child, I am now 65. During that time I have been looked after from the common cold, hypertension, high cholesterol, two hip replacements and other "odds and sods". They are totally professional, friendly, caring and they "go the extra mile" whenever they can. I am more than happy to recommend this practice to anyone.

Poor patient assessment and failure to identify need to refer patient on when clinically indicated. Subsequently patient suffered delayed diagnosis.
